ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Abstracts should answer the following questions:

1. What data will you use to tell your story?

2. How will your data support your story?

(Illustrate current issues, raise concerns, express community voices, measure progress of advocacy-related work)

 

3. What type of visualization will be used?

(Graphs, tables, infographics, data maps)

 

4. What impact or lessons can be learned from the story?

Abstracts must be 300 words or less.

We also recommend including the following elements in your abstract:

1. Title

2. Authors

3. Author Affiliations

4. Background 

5. Methods/Community Narrative

6. Results/Impact

7. Conclusions

8. Acknowledgements

POSTER GUIDELINES

Posters will be electronically displayed on electronic poster boards, provided by ePosterBoards.

If accepted, you will receive instructions for uploading your poster in PowerPoint format to an online portal. Posters must be uploaded by October 20, 2019 at 5:00PM EST.
